Laktaši: Man from Sarajevo drove his car from parking lot, police charged him with arbitrary conduct

Police officers of the Laktaši Police Station acted upon a received report that an unknown perpetrator had stolen a passenger vehicle Opel, worth about 16,000 KM and came to the knowledge that H.H. (born 1983) from Sarajevo drove the vehicle without the user's knowledge, thus being suspected of committing the criminal offense of arbitrary conduct, reports the Patria news agency.

Based on operational information and collected evidence, police officers came to the knowledge that H.H. on October 31 from the parking lot in Majke Jugovića street, municipality of Laktaši, drove the mentioned vehicle due to unpaid obligations regarding vehicle rental, stating that he is its actual owner.

About all the mentioned circumstances, after completing and documenting the case, a report on the undertaken measures and actions will be submitted to the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka, announced from the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska.
