Zagreb IT company b4b d.o.o. will receive a new contract at JP Elektroprivreda BiH, worth over 232,000 KM, for the maintenance of the SAP information system.
The Patria News Agency is in possession of a notice, drafted at Elektroprivreda BiH at the end of April this year, according to which the contract for the maintenance of the SAP system in 2016 is awarded to the company b4b d.o.o. Zagreb.
The Croatian company has so far collected over 11 million KM from Elektroprivreda BiH, solely for the implementation of the SAP information system, but has additionally collected millions of KM for the maintenance of the same system.
The company b4b d.o.o. Zagreb was introduced to the IT market in Bosnia and Herzegovina by Zlatko Lagumdžija – and to Elektroprivreda BiH through his close associate Elvedin Grabovica, then director of this public company. Although both are seemingly far from the most profitable companies in the country today (both are lecturers at the University of Sarajevo and have private businesses), the Zagreb company still holds a monopoly at Elektroprivreda BiH.
The latest contract for the company b4b d.o.o. Zagreb will be awarded by Džemo Borovina, executive director for supply and trade at Elektroprivreda. Borovina was appointed to this position as an SBB party appointee, but he has actually been Elvedin Grabovica's right-hand man for years and one of Zlatko Lagumdžija's main associates.
JP Elektroprivreda BiH confirmed to Patria that this public company has so far implemented four SAP projects, and that all four projects were implemented by the company b4b d.o.o. Zagreb, but they do not wish to reveal further details.
The total value of these four projects amounted to approximately 11 million KM – said Elektroprivreda BiH. They are closed off to all further information. For more than three months, Elektroprivreda has refused to comment on other details related to the implementation of the SAP project, such as which other companies appeared in these public procurements, as well as additional amounts of money that ended up directly in Croatia from Elektroprivreda BiH.
Elektroprivreda BiH also refuses to comment on the contracts between this public company and the private company ALEM System d.o.o. Sarajevo. The founder of ALEM System is Professor Fahrudin Oručević from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo, also one of Lagumdžija's close associates, writes Patria.
