SBiH BPK Cantonal Board: Let the FBiH Government deal with Binas, Zrak, Pretisa

(Patria) - In light of current events at the company Unis Ginex dd Goražde, the Cantonal Board of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina of the Bosniak-Podrinje Canton Goražde expresses surprise at the intentions of the Government of the Federation of BiH to dismiss the management, without providing an adequate explanation for such a move.

"The past business year is one of the most successful, with a production growth of 53.1%. The number of employees increases every year, and employees regularly receive salaries and other benefits. Ginex is the driver of development for our entire Canton, and as a socially responsible company, they are regular sponsors of all sports and cultural events, as well as humanitarian actions.

What is the real reason for dismissing the management then? We in the SBiH BPK Goražde Cantonal Board see the main motive for dismissing the management in the way the accumulated profit of Ginex, exceeding 30 million KM, is spent. It is obvious that the current management is an obstacle to individuals from the Government of the Federation, who have not contributed to Ginex's success, and who, before their imminent departure from office, want to spend these funds in a way only they know.

Instead of dealing with Ginex, if they truly intend to bring progress to the defense industry, let them deal with the struggling Binas, Zrak, Pretisa. We have previously pointed out that pressure is being exerted from the Government of the Federation to try to direct Ginex's funds towards certain sports and other entities close to them, and outside our Canton, so we have reason to suspect their intentions," they state. 

Due to all of the above, the Cantonal Board of the SBiH BPK Goražde insists on a transparent relationship of the Government of the Federation of BiH towards the company Unis Ginex, and that the entire accumulated profit be invested in expanding Ginex's production capacities in the BPK Goražde area, thereby creating new jobs. We also demand that all brokerage agreements for sales be presented to the public, and that the need for such agreements be considered.
