The FBiH Government adopted a report on the borrowing of the Federation of BiH based on the issuance of bonds sold at auction on December 17, 2015. The report, as information, will be forwarded to the FBiH Parliament for its knowledge, reports the Patria news agency.
The Federation of BiH offered 60,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 KM per bond (totaling 60 million KM), with a maturity period of three years. During the auction, 30 bids were received for the purchase of 93,950 bonds in the total amount of 93.95 million KM.
Sixteen bids were accepted, and all 60,000 bonds with a total nominal value of 60 million KM were sold, which is 100 percent of the planned issuance volume.
The bonds were sold at an average weighted interest rate of 2.211 percent annually and mature on December 18, 2018, with the banking sector being their sole buyer.
