Starting tomorrow, citizens can get vaccinated and revaccinated in health centers in all nine municipalities, according to their place of residence, including the vaccination point at the Centar Health Center, which will start operating tomorrow.

At this, the first open mass immunization point in Sarajevo Canton, approximately 200,000 doses of vaccines have been administered in the past six months, specifically from July 31 this year until today.

Citizens from other cantons, foreign nationals, and many others also received vaccines at Zetra, and revaccination was organized for citizens who received their first vaccine dose outside of Sarajevo Canton.

The Minister of Health of KS, Haris Vranić, said that he is satisfied with the immunization carried out at Zetra so far, calling it successful, and expressed his gratitude for the good organization and dedication of all healthcare workers and institutions involved. He expressed special gratitude to the Public Health Institution Health Center, as the holder of the activities, which will also take over this role in the continuation of the immunization process for the citizens of KS.

"I also thank all our citizens for responding to vaccination in large numbers, as it is the only cure against COVID-19, and I call on all those who have not been vaccinated to do so. Moderna vaccine will also be available in the next day or two," announced Minister Vranić.

Vaccination Coordinator Ademir Spahić said that Sinofarm and Pfizer vaccines are currently available, and 3,200 doses of the aforementioned Moderna vaccine, donated by the Republic of Croatia, will arrive by Tuesday at the latest.
