SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Service for Foreigners' Affairs today (11.02.2021) imposed a measure of termination of stay on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina for three persons, citizens of Montenegro, as they can be linked to criminal activities and may threaten public safety and order in BiH.
Namely, three Montenegrin citizens were arrested last night on Jahorina by police officers of the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska, and after the completion of criminal processing, they were handed over to the Service for Foreigners' Affairs for further action.
After the conducted procedure, the Service for Foreigners' Affairs imposed on the said persons a measure of termination of stay on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the foreign nationals were removed from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the evening hours via the international border crossing Hum.
The Service will continue to take all necessary measures against foreign nationals who may in any way threaten public safety or order in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
