(Patria) - Russian President's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov explained why President Vladimir Putin does not plan to congratulate Donald Trump on his election victory, TASS reported.
"I still don't know anything about Putin's intention to congratulate Trump," Peskov told the media.
Several hours earlier, Peskov also said that Putin does not plan to congratulate Trump.
"I suggest we remember that we are talking about elections held in a country that is hostile to us and in a country that is involved in the conflict over Ukraine," Peskov said.
