Development Bank loan of 1.4 million KM for key entrepreneurs in Ključ

Municipal Mayor Nedžad Zukanović signed an Agreement on forming a special deposit with the Development Bank of FBiH in Sarajevo, which will place a credit line worth one million and 400 thousand KM in the Ključ area. This is an extremely favorable credit line intended for entrepreneurs in Ključ, which will be used exclusively for investment in the Ključ area, with interest rates subsidized by the Ključ municipality in the amount of 220,000.00 KM, reports the Patria news agency. 

The deposit will serve to subsidize interest rates for end users, specifically: a credit line for financing agricultural production, a credit line for long-term financing of fixed assets, and a credit line for long-term financing of micro businesses – crafts. These funds were planned by the municipality in the 2016 Budget, and were secured from the sale of municipal property.

In this way, the Ključ municipality wants to ease the path for our entrepreneurs and craftsmen towards new investments, capital investments, and employment by providing the opportunity to obtain the most favorable possible loans – stated Mayor Zukanović.

The partnership of the Development Bank of FBiH with a municipality is something completely new and was not practice in the previous period. The Bank's representatives were delighted with the very idea of our municipality regarding this kind of stimulation of development and employment, and a similar model will be offered to other municipalities after Ključ, announced from the SDP BiH.
