Kotor Varoš: Masked attackers carved four S's onto Bosniak man's body

The Kotor Varoš Police Station was informed this morning around 6 AM by medical staff at the Kotor Varoš Health Center that a 40-year-old man had sought their help with visible bodily injuries, reports the Patria News Agency, as stated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska.

Acting on the received report, police officers learned that three unknown masked individuals intercepted and stopped the 40-year-old man around 4:30 AM while he was driving and inflicted injuries to his head and body. The attack occurred in the village of Usjek.

Although the police have not disclosed the identity, unofficial information suggests that the victim is a Bosniak man onto whom the attackers carved four S's on his body.

The duty prosecutor of the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka was informed of all circumstances of the event. The prosecutor ordered that all necessary measures and actions be taken to verify the allegations and establish the facts, after which it will be determined which criminal offense has been committed. Police are working to solve the case.
