Borrowers of Swiss franc loans before the Constitutional Court of BiH

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Several dozen borrowers of Swiss franc loans will express their dissatisfaction today in front of the Constitutional Court of BiH in Sarajevo, it was announced by the Association of Swiss Franc Loan Users.

"The reason is the slowness and inconsistency of BiH courts in resolving the rulings for CHF loan users. The Cassation Court of Serbia and the Supreme Court of Croatia have declared the currency clause in CHF loans null and void. In BiH, everyone is silent, and Hypo/Addiko Bank is massively (truly massively) selling the property of loan users, even though they have even paid off their loans," stated the Association of Swiss Franc Loan Users.

With today's all-day gathering in front of the Constitutional Court, they state that they want to send a clear message that they will start camping in front of the same institution in May until all lawsuits and rulings in BiH are resolved.
