Korajlić visits the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH

Dean of the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies Nedžad Korajlić visited today the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, on which occasion he met with the Director of the Directorate, Mirsad Vilić.

Director Vilić presented the completed activities within the execution of tasks under the Directorate's competence this year and concluded that the tasks and assignments were successfully completed, particularly emphasizing the execution of tasks in international operational police cooperation and the protection of VIP persons and facilities.

He emphasized that the Directorate continuously carries out the capacity building process, which, among other things, includes material-technical equipping and staff training.

He highlighted the importance of cooperation between the Directorate and the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies, which, through various projects and through constant monitoring and adoption of new knowledge in the field of security, has contributed to the development of police work in general.

Dean Korajlić thanked for the good cooperation and professional relationship and emphasized that the participation of Directorate officials in the scientific-research areas of the Faculty is of great importance for both institutions.

The interlocutors expressed confidence that the successful partnership between the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH and the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies will continue in the coming year.
