Confectionery industry Kent launched two new products on the market

Confectionery industry Kent from Visoko launched two new products on the market on the tenth anniversary of the acquisition by AS GROUP. These are Kent sandwich biscuits "Double Trouble" and a new line of "Kent napolitanke", reports Patria agency.

- 10 years ago, the first acquisition was carried out in which a domestic manufacturer bought a foreign company. We completed the acquisition on July 22, 2007, and it resonated as a sensation at the time. We were in a kind of expansion with our confectionery program then, and Kent Elit was somehow standing in the way of our development. Judging by how the situation further developed in the market, the acquisition proved to be a complete success - said Mirsad Omić, sales director of AS d.o.o., the company that carried out the process of buying this Turkish biscuit factory with its facilities in Visoko at the time.

Double Trouble - Kent sandwich biscuit, is the first such product from a domestic manufacturer on the shelves of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This product was created according to the recipe of domestic technologists and has so far proven to be excellent. It is available in two flavors - vanilla and cocoa. Kent napolitanka, with an improved recipe and new packaging, appeared on the market with cocoa flavor in 700g and 240g sizes.

Kent employs 74 workers in its facilities in Visoko. The brand includes programs such as Petit, Savory program – snacks, Tea biscuits, Napolitanke, Kremali sandwich biscuits, Double Trouble sandwich biscuits, Chocolates, and creams.

The share of exports in total sales is about 13%, and Kent products can be purchased in the markets of 29 countries worldwide, primarily in Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Macedonia, Hungary, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, UAE, Australia, USA, and Canada.
