The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo has issued rulings rejecting the lawsuit of a company that illegally used tram stops, and also dismissed an appeal regarding the closure of the illegal Tourist Board of the Sarajevo Canton, announced former Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Elmedin Konaković.
"The government I led terminated the contract with the company that illegally used tram stops and sold advertising spaces at those locations. The fake Tourist Board, headed by the infamous Šemsudin Dž., which we lawfully shut down, lost the legal battle and has finally been dissolved," Konaković wrote.
He added that in just these two cases, they saved millions of KM in revenue for the Sarajevo Canton.
"One must persevere and not look back at pressures; the fruits are indeed sweet," Konaković wrote.
