(Patria) - NiP President Elmedin Konaković, who won a mandate in the House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament, is not attending the session today where the Proposal of the FBiH Budget for 2023 is being adopted because at the same time he will be at the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, which is voting on the new composition of the BiH Council of Ministers today.
Konaković is a candidate for the Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH. If he is officially confirmed today, he can no longer perform the duties of a federal representative. He will be replaced by the next candidate on the list.
A heated session is expected regarding the proposed FBiH Budget, which amounts to 6.7 billion KM.
An extraordinary session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament is also scheduled for Friday, where the budget should be adopted.
87 out of 98 elected representatives are attending the session. Some have announced they will be late.
