Komšić calls on the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to urgently initiate proceedings against individuals from the NSRS

(Patria) - Chairman of the Presidency Željko Komšić called on the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to urgently initiate proceedings against individuals who, in the National Assembly of the RS, adopted conclusions that directly undermine the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and disrupt peace and stability in the country.

Komšić called on the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to prosecute Milorad Dodik as the instigator and leader of a group that united to overthrow the constitutional order of BiH and undermine state institutions.

"The National Assembly of the RS has abandoned the Dayton Peace Agreement," Komšić said.

We recall, 49 deputies voted for the Information on the transfer of competencies from the Republika Srpska to the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a proposal for conclusions – a proposal by the President of the Republic, the Government of the Republika Srpska, the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Republika Srpska, and the caucuses of SNSD, SP, DEMOS, US, NPS, and the NDP Deputy Group.

The Information on the transfer of competencies in the area of indirect taxation was adopted with 48 votes.
