In February 2007, the International Court of Justice in The Hague delivered its verdict in the case brought by Bosnia and Herzegovina against Serbia. Serbia was found guilty of failing to prevent genocide and failing to punish the perpetrators, Patria reports.
Yesterday, on 23 February, members of the BiH team led by BiH agent Sakib Softić submitted a request for revision of the verdict to the Court. The deadline for submission is 26 February.
