Vispak company develops a new product together with consumers

(Patria) - For the first time in the history of the marketing market, BiH customers are participating in creating the name, design, and anthem of a future "ćejferski" product. The conceptual "ćejferski" product is a new product from Vispak in
the coffee category (2in1 and 3in1), but made according to customer wishes. The goal of the project is primarily to involve consumers in the segment of developing a new product, an instant hot beverage, which will be
made to the taste of "ćejferi".

"Ćejf or ćeif is Bosnian and is not experienced anywhere else in the world like it is here. It is impossible to translate the word "ćejf" into a foreign language, nor to feel the unique and unrepeatable moment that "ćejf" represents
somewhere else as in Bosnia and Herzegovina. "Ćejferi" were the ideal name for a group of people who will create a "ćejferski" movement and create a market tailored to "ćejferi" which will be specific in the world.
In order to present the project, its activities and expected results, Vispak has launched the web platform www.cejferi.ba, where every customer can suggest the name, appearance, composition and anthem of the
new product and become one of the "ćejferi" who create the market tailored to them. The phases of realizing these activities will be carried out in different time periods. "Ćejferi" will vote
for the best suggestions.

"Ćejferi" will participate in the tasting of the new product and, together with the employees of Vispak company, will develop the flavors of instant hot beverages. The marketing mix for the new product will be agreed upon
