Finance and Budget Committee supported the set of excise tax laws

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At the 50th session of the Committee for Finance and Budget of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH), the principles of the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Excise Duties in BiH, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH, were supported.

The Committee also supported the principles of the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Payments to the Single Account and Distribution of Revenue and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the Indirect Taxation System in BiH, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH.

Information from the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH on the implementation of recommendations from the Performance Audit Report on the topic "Grant Management in BiH Institutions" was acknowledged.

A decision on the Information from the Ministry of Justice of BiH on the implementation of recommendations from the Performance Audit Report on the topic "Grant Management in BiH Institutions" was postponed due to the absence of an authorized proposer.
