Which politician wants to hide that they met with the Israeli ambassador?

The non-resident ambassador of Israel to Bosnia and Herzegovina, David Cohen, is visiting our country and, as reported by the media, has had meetings with domestic politicians, reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP). However, it is interesting that this Israeli diplomat does not want to reveal with which politicians he met.

In an interview for today's “Oslobođenje”, he confirmed that he met with Nebojša Radmanović, member of the BiH Presidency from the Serb people, and one other politician, but he did not want to reveal with whom. And that, as he said, is because of the elections!

- I wanted to meet with politicians in Sarajevo. Only two found the time. One of them is Nebojša Radmanović, I cannot tell you the other name because of the elections. But I also wanted to see Mr. Izetbegović, but he did not find the time – said Cohen.

However, during the day, none of the politicians in BiH or political leaders have announced or confirmed that they had a meeting with Ambassador Cohen.

Apparently, whoever met with the Israeli diplomat in the midst of protests by BiH citizens against violence in Gaza wanted to hide it from the public, considering that it could have negative publicity. Someone, therefore, considers collecting votes for the elections more important than having a clear stance on the violence against Palestinians, reports NAP.

Among the 10 Bosniak candidates for the BiH Presidency, only Dr. Mustafa Cerić, an independent candidate, raised his voice at the beginning of the new wave of violence, while some of the others, such as Bakir Hadžiomerović and Bakir Izetbegović, only responded to journalists' inquiries, while other candidates are still silent about events that are foreign policy, a direct responsibility of the state, reports NAP.

Cohen stated, among other things, in an interview for Oslobođenje that "Israelis kill civilians, but Hamas is to blame for it", reports NAP.
