Coalition 'Država!' to file criminal charges with BiH Prosecutor's Office

(Patria) - Bosnia and Herzegovina has been in the most severe political and constitutional crisis in decades, and the crisis is deepening daily with no clear solution, the coalition "Država!" announced.

"The spread of fear, politics of division, and blocking of state institutions by nationalist entities with the aim of covering up their own corruption and staying in power at all costs, as well as the passive behavior of the so-called 'pro-Bosnian forces,' will lead the country into a captured state from which it will be difficult to emerge.

Sanctions by the US and the marking of the unconstitutional day of the entity Republika Srpska are only consequences of the political, institutional, and constitutional crisis that Bosnia and Herzegovina is going through. Is it possible that the US is imposing sanctions on domestic politicians for their corrupt and unconstitutional actions, and our Prosecutor's Office has no knowledge of such actions? It is high time for the BiH Prosecutor's Office to react, and for police and security forces to prevent the escalation of the crisis and potential fatal consequences," it was announced.

The coalition "Država!" will on Monday submit criminal charges to the BiH Prosecutor's Office against individuals who are the subject of the US Department of the Treasury's report, due to corrupt practices and undermining the constitutional system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as against those who will participate in the organization of the unconstitutional day of the RS entity.

Only through concrete steps with clear individual responsibility towards solving the accumulated problems can we change the state the country is in and resolve the current crisis.
