The BiH Prosecutor's Office is still investigating the suspicious purchase of Bosnalijek shares by the Luxembourg-based company Haden, which has become the majority owner of the strongest pharmaceutical company in BiH, writes the Patria news agency.
Although information from this institution is scarce, one thing is certain: a major scandal is looming.
- The investigation in this case is ongoing, and that is all we can say - says Boris Grubešić, spokesperson for the BiH Prosecutor's Office.
However, we have previously written that this is not just an investigation against unknown persons, and the individuals suspected of multi-million dollar crime in this pharmaceutical company are Zijad Blekić, Hasan Ćelam, Edin Dizdar, Nedim Uzunović, Admir Kešo, Konstantin Zevlov, Hennuy Paskal, Ted and Rosie Donovan, and Aleksandar Hrkač.
However, numerous documents sent by various individuals to institutions attest to the fact that Hasan Ćelam, president of the Securities Commission of the Federation of BiH, played the biggest role in the whole story.
The case of Bosnalijek clearly shows how the ruling structures have imposed corruption instead of democracy, and organized crime instead of the rule of law.
According to unofficial information, the BiH Prosecutor's Office is precisely dealing with the fact why the Securities Commission, the Financial Intelligence Department of SIPA, and other state bodies with public authority to detect, prevent, and investigate money laundering and terrorist financing activities did not carry out the legally prescribed procedures in the period from September 3, 2012, to May 13, 2013, when the company Haden SA from Luxembourg, with unknown owners, purchased 29.94 percent of Bosnalijek shares through the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) in a series of non-transparent, suspicious, and unverified transactions amounting to over 30 million KM!
- It should be a security concern for the competent institutions that the carcinogenic legal system in the FBiH, with the case of Haden's share purchase in Bosnalijek, has perhaps created a dangerous precedent that could serve as a legal basis for some potential future financing, even of terrorist activities in the FBiH - says our source close to the investigation.
The rule of law and institutions must answer (especially Ćelam and the Securities Commission) why the legal procedures for all monetary "suspicious transactions" over 30,000 KM were not respected.
- Also, the question that the investigation needs to answer is whether Bosnalijek was bought with laundered money illegally extracted precisely from Bosnalijek - adds our source.
And although all those questioned at the BiH Prosecutor's Office claim to be witnesses, the investigation has undoubtedly shown that the Securities Commission of the Federation of BiH, led by Ćelam, illegally and deliberately issued a Decision by which the following were registered in the Commission's Register as members of the Supervisory Board of Bosnalijek: Konstantin Zevlov, Edin Dizdar, Bernadin Alagić, Mirna Sijerčić, and Vedad Tuzović, while violating the decisions of the highest competent judicial authorities.
We remind you that the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH, in its verdict, took a clear, binding stance that the Commission lost its legitimacy and legality (it was in a technical mandate) after April 4, 2013.
However, this did not bother Ćelam and his principals, and after all that, Uzunović forcibly entered Bosnalijek.
