WHO IS MORE HUMILIATED BOSNIAKS OR MURPHY 'Legitimately' died in the Federation, buried today in the House of Peoples of the BiH PA!

All principles based on the cumbersome legitimacy died during the election of the leadership of both houses of the Parliament of the Federation, and today 'legitimacy' was definitively buried!

Perhaps it was precisely because of this realization that the leader of HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović, reacted nervously after the election of the leadership of the House of Peoples, and he unleashed a barrage of fire on SDA, mentioning the Mostar agreement, which expired long ago, and which HDZ always clings to when creating a narrative about legitimate representatives in BiH.

A dangerous fabricated construct that actually legalizes the domination of the minority over the majority, which democratic systems do not recognize, but the humiliation of Bosniaks as a people echoed doubly in the public today.

First, Kemal Ademović nominated himself for the leadership of the House of Peoples (!?), hiding behind some phantom letter from the leaders of three parties (SDP, NS, NIP) in which they allegedly demanded that he nominate himself, against the will of the other four delegates in the Bosniak Caucus. Kemal Ademović was elected, and by the will of HDZ and SNSD delegates!

Why, when we know that Čović has been chanting for years that legitimacy is drawn from the houses of peoples, where Bosniaks, Croats, and Serbs are placed according to the will of the parties, because this house is not the will of the citizens, so they sit there as legitimate!

The answer is very simple. The remaining parties from the 'Osamorka', now the 'Šestorka', will help HDZ to achieve that legitimacy in the election of the members of the BiH Presidency! For that, they need passage, if nothing else, in the Collegium of the BiH Parliament.

The six-month deadline begins to run when lower levels of government are also formed. There is no doubt that the 'Šestorka', which holds power at the state level with HDZ and SNSD, will support 'legitimate', although they buried that concept along with HDZ and SNSD today. Or does legitimate apply exclusively to Croats, as Christian Schmidt showed us with his decision of October 2nd.

By protecting HDZ, he plunged BiH into further ethnic divisions!

'Legitimate' does not apply in the Federation to Bosniaks either. There, a majority in the House of Representatives is sought. Signatures are being collected, sent to the international community, primarily the US Embassy and the OHR... There is a reason why it is so.

This madness of establishing government was directly created by the US Ambassador Michael Murphy, who was also bitten by the wolf he fed. Namely, the United States, or rather Murphy, was also humiliated today, who, after swallowing the frog and the election of Marinko Čavara to the leadership of the House of Peoples of the BiH PA, is today forced to swallow another by accepting the appointment of Nikola Špirić to the leadership of the House of Peoples of the BiH PA. Both are on the unpopular US blacklist. Murphy will have to explain this to the State Department, given that he led the processes of establishing government, and often, according to the claims of the negotiation participants, he called by phone where he lied about the government via 'speakerphone'. And there is no need for them to express new disappointment, we know they are disappointed! And many citizens of BiH are disappointed in their policy.

The US Embassy wanted a government without SDA! This is now more visible than ever. 

However, today we saw even more clearly that houses of peoples should not exist in the form they currently operate, but it is illusory to expect the 'Šestorka' to offer this to HDZ as an ultimatum, for possible changes to the Election Law and the Constitution of BiH when it comes to the election to the BiH Presidency.

And it is clear that no one should ever agree to so-called legitimate ethnic representation in the BiH Presidency, i.e., that peoples elect members of the Presidency - that would be high treason.

What we are seeing so far is treason, but is high treason being prepared? And it is not treason because SDA is not in power, but because with their moves, selected cadres are damaging the reputation of Bosnia and Herzegovina by appointing individuals to important positions who are hated in the Western world. Individuals who are working on the deconstruction of BiH, individuals who, by their inaction, show that BiH is an impossible state, and is that not the war aim of the aggressor?
