Who reported Faruk Balijagić and his son to the police

Adnan Maglić and Eldan Žigović reported Tuzla lawyer Faruk Balijagić and his son Ada, after which they were arrested yesterday by members of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior.

The report states that father and son Balijagić incited Žigović and Nebojša Glavaš to kill Maglić, confirmed for the Patria news agency lawyer Mirnes Ajanović.

-The three of them are already known to the police. They know Faruk well, just as he knows them, because he even represented them. On September 4, Nebojša Glavaš came to Faruk's office and asked him for a loan to buy a pistol to allegedly settle accounts with Maglić.

Faruk refused this and filed a note with the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Tuzla about it. As far as I am aware, that note states that these three, out of mutual fear, are preparing illegal actions. The arrest of my clients was carried out without a single piece of evidence. All their movable and immovable property was searched and nothing was found, explains Ajanović.

Today, the Balijagićs, in the presence of their lawyer Mirnes Ajanović, will be questioned at the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, which Ajanović claims is incompetent in every respect.

The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office charges Faruk and Ada Balijagić with the criminal offenses of incitement to murder, robbery, and serious criminal offenses against the general safety of people.
