NB Hadžići Councilors' Club – Horman Presented More Than 100 Measures for the Draft Budget

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Following an extensive analysis of pressing issues in local communities and consultations with citizens of these local communities, the Independent Bloc councilors' club is submitting the following proposals as priorities to the draft Budget of Hadžići Municipality for 2021:

MZ TARČIN

Asphalting of Vilovačka Street to the house of the wife and children of our martyr, the late Fadil Horman
To ensure pedestrian safety, install speed bumps in the settlements of Japalaci and Čičke
Construction of a sports field in the center of Tarčin settlement
Asphalting of the road to Kostić village
Asphalting of the old railway road – Kapuča
Asphalting of the road and solving the sidewalk issue in Mlavica settlement, road branches to Neretljaci settlement, road branch to the house of Mušanović Almir and Kraljević Franjo, and the settlement towards the houses of Mirvić
Regulation of the Bijela River bed near the sports field
Construction of lighting in the Do settlement
Solving the sewage problem in Čičke settlement (Hotel)
Construction of niches for containers
Insulation of buildings at the old Tarčin station
Continuation of works on the sports fields in Vrbanja, Japalaci, and Čičke
Transferred funds for the adaptation of the community center in Tarčin

Construction of sewage system Tarčin – Duranovići – Korča
Regulation of the river bed where households in the center of Duranovići settlement are endangered
Asphalting of the road from Šerbe settlement to the Duranovići cemetery

MZ RAŠTELICA:

Construction of public lighting Donja Raštelica – Gornja Raštelica – Orahovica,
Asphalting of Smucka – Orahovica road,
Construction of a sports field in Raštelica
Projects related to infrastructure devastation due to highway construction (local primary school, access roads, water supply facilities, sports field near the school, etc.), is there an agreement between the Municipality and the Autoceste FBiH, where are the projects to be built due to infrastructure destruction defined, etc.

Create a tourist map of Hadžići Municipality
Create an open-air summer stage for the realization of youth cultural projects

MZ ŽUNOVNICA:

Construction of a sports field
Equipping parks with sufficient playground equipment for children

Cover sections of roads used by migrants with video surveillance, especially the section near the New Elementary School

Provide material support to the police securing the migrant camp

MZ GRIVIĆI:

Continuation of sewage construction in the MZ area and connection to the built collector

MZ DROZGOMETVA:

NEW BUDGET ITEMS

One-time financial assistance for mothers
From funds collected through payments from business entities for utility tax, plan funds for incentives for businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic
Grant funds for non-profit organizations KK ROLING HADŽIĆI 20,000.00 KM, to be included in the budget
Scholarships for students studying in-demand professions
Solving public transportation for all areas of Hadžići Municipality
Open commodity reserves in the area of Hadžići Municipality
Launch the Tarćin agricultural cooperative which will serve all farmers, creating conditions for continued work and planning the purchase of a cold storage facility for product procurement
Solving heating for community rooms during the winter period (our municipality has 12 registered communities, and some communities have multiple mosques). In these communities, 1300-1400 children attend religious classes, while the current number of adults attending is not relevant due to the current epidemiological situation.

For projects realized during the campaign, form a commission to assess the situation and order contractors to complete the work for which they have been paid, as many of these projects are already destroyed, wrote Aldin Horman, councilor of the Independent Bloc in the Hadžići Municipal Council, and invited citizens to use the last day of the public discussion and, in addition to these, to submit their proposals via social networks, to him or the NB Hadžići Club.
