SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The SDP BiH Club of Representatives held a press conference ahead of the session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Federation of BiH regarding a new blow to businesses.
Namely, the FBiH Government is introducing a new Rulebook on the replacement of fiscal cash registers in FBiH, according to which businesses would have to purchase new fiscal cash registers. Damir Mašić stated that the BiH Parliament is once again being bypassed in decision-making.
"Neither Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, nor the parties forming the majority, can hide behind the fact that Minister Jelka Milićević is solely responsible. Fadil Novalić should not remain silent, nor should the SDA, and we call on them on this occasion to annul the minister's decision," emphasized Damir Mašić.
Elvir Karajbić stated that a small number of companies are involved in the production of fiscal cash registers, and these are companies close to SDA and HDZ BiH, and that this is an attempt to take money from businesses.
Irfan Čengić reminded that Milićević attempted to introduce new fiscal devices through legislation, but it did not pass in Parliament.
"Therefore, she adopted a Rulebook ordering businesses to replace their cash registers. This is not a cost borne by the state, this is a cost borne by businesses," said Čengić.
Unlike the FBiH, software fiscalization has begun in the RS entity, which is more favorable than fiscal devices.
