The account of the University Hospital-Clinical Center Banja Luka was blocked on Friday (October 30) due to forced collection of a debt of around 4.5 million KM, owed by this public institution to the company "Medicom" from Bijeljina, reports the Patria News Agency.
The debt for the procurement of medicines and medical supplies was mainly incurred during the period when the director of UH CC Banja Luka was Brano Topić.
The Government of Republika Srpska dismissed Brano Topić from the position of director at the beginning of April 2013, without a clear explanation, reports BNTV.
