Klas prepares meals for Sarajevo Film Festival volunteers every day

The food industry company Klas d.d. Sarajevo prepares 330 meals every day for the volunteers of the Sarajevo Film Festival. These are fresh and warm sandwiches and pies that Klas Velepekara drivers deliver to festival locations every morning.

Nedžla Zahiragić, Kerim Kolić, and Mirnela Pamuk are part of the Sarajevo Film Festival volunteer team. They say they are happy to have the opportunity to contribute to the realization of this very important cultural event.

- During SFF, Sarajevo shines with a special glow. The city is full of tourists, the city is alive, the city enjoys the charms of film. Although we are working, we volunteers also enjoy this festival atmosphere. Nedžla, Kerim, and I are in the intervention team. We work behind the scenes to organize everything that is needed for guests, directors, and producers. We are socially useful, we gain experience, work habits, but also new acquaintances, and all of this motivates us to volunteer - says Mirnela Pamuk, adding that she and her colleagues from the team gladly consume sandwiches and pies from Klas during their breaks.

As part of the partnership with the Sarajevo Film Festival, Klas primarily participates in the bakery products segment. In addition to meals for volunteers, Klas delivers pastries, pies, and flatbreads every morning for SFF guests at the traditional Festival Breakfast. Klas Velepekara, as the industrial bakery with the longest tradition in Sarajevo, has a wide range of quality products that it can proudly present at the biggest film festival in this part of Europe.
