Kiseljak: Driver hits pedestrian with car and flees the scene

(Patria) - A serious traffic accident occurred in Kiseljak, in the village of Azapovići - Lepenica, last night, in which one person was fatally injured.

The pedestrian, identified by initials J.M., died in the accident when a car hit her, and the driver left the scene after the accident.

The accident happened on a local road in Azapovići, on the section near the intersection towards Boljkovići, by the former bus stop.

The body of the victim was found off the road.

An investigation was conducted at the scene, which lasted for several hours, and was carried out by officers of the Kiseljak Police Department.

The police are continuing to take further investigative actions to determine all the circumstances of this tragic accident, as well as the identity of the driver involved.
