Chinese and Turkish nationals attempted to take 60,000 BAM out of BiH

Members of the Border Police Unit at Sarajevo Airport on January 30, 2015, during KDZ checks on flights to Belgrade and Istanbul, discovered a larger amount of undeclared money, it was announced from the Border Police, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- In the travel bag of a citizen of the People's Republic of China, there was money in various currencies: 9,050 euros, 27,330 Serbian dinars, 9,000 forints, and 190 BAM.

In the trouser pocket of a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, 19,570 euros were discovered. The foreign nationals did not possess documentation on the origin of the money. Together with the discovered money, they were handed over to officials of the Indirect Taxation Authority for further processing.
