Chinese Ambassador: BiH should invest in roads, it contributes to the country's development

China is interested in investing in any area in BiH, stated the Chinese Ambassador to BiH Dong Chunfeng, speaking at a Sunday session of Krug 99 in Sarajevo, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and BiH, and since then, the country has invested a lot in BiH. One of the major projects in our country is the boiler plant of the future Stanari Thermal Power Plant, which will be one of the largest investments in this part of the country since the 1990s, and a project for the construction of Block 7 of the Tuzla Thermal Power Plant, as well as the Zenica Thermal Power Plant, has been signed.

Chunfeng said that China's experience has shown that investment in transport infrastructure is also necessary, as it greatly contributes to the development of the country's economy. He also added that, given that BiH is rich in natural resources, especially coal, he believes it is a good basis for building a new thermal power plant, reports NAP.
