Kennedy wins court battle to remove his name from ballot in two 'swing states'

(Patria) - Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has succeeded in having his name removed from the ballots in two key states, a month after he suspended his presidential campaign and endorsed Donald Trump.

Appellate courts in Michigan and North Carolina have approved Kennedy's legal objections to have his name removed from the ballots in those states.

A judge in Wisconsin dismissed Kennedy's latest attempt to remove his name from the ballots in that state, the BBC reported.

The rulings could make a difference in the tight race between Trump, the Republican, and Kamala Harris, the Democrat, for the November White House election.

Trump celebrated the outcome of this dispute on Friday during an address to a police union in Charlotte, North Carolina.

- So all of Bobby's people will vote for me - said Biden.

Since suspending his White House campaign in August as an independent candidate, after polls showed him with about five percent of the vote, Kennedy has been fighting to have his name removed from ballots in key states.

It has already been determined that his name will not appear on the ballots in Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania, three other potentially key "swing states".
