(Patria) - Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani said in an interview with CNN that there will be a response being considered with regional partners to the Israeli attack on Doha on Tuesday.
Plans are underway to hold a summit in Doha in the near future on the topic of these discussions, he said, without specifying a date, Al Arabiya reported.
He added that the attack killed hope for hostages in Gaza, and called for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to be "brought to justice".
"I think what Netanyahu did yesterday simply killed all hope for those hostages," the Qatari Prime Minister said.
Al-Thani said he met with one of the hostage families on the very morning Israel attacked Hamas officials in his country on Tuesday.
The families "are counting on this (ceasefire) mediation. They have no other hope for it," he said.
He pointed to the indictment against Netanyahu by the International Criminal Court.
"He must be brought to justice," al-Thani said.
