(Patria) - A hearing was held today at the Cantonal Court in Mostar regarding the motion to detain the suspect Anis Kalajdžić, who is suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Aggravated murder of a female person" under Article 166 a) para. 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with the criminal offense of "Unauthorized acquisition, possession, or sale of weapons or parts of weapons".
After the hearing, the court issued a Decision ordering the detention of the suspect Anis Kalajdžić for a period of one month, to be calculated from November 16, 2025, at 6:45 PM, when the suspect was deprived of his liberty.
Detention was ordered for the suspect due to the reasons prescribed by Article 146 para. 1 points c and d of the Criminal Procedure Code, owing to the danger that he might re-offend, commit the offense he threatens to commit, and because it is a particularly serious criminal offense given the manner of execution or the consequences of the offense, if his release would result in a real threat to public order.
