Rock falls on moving vehicle near Foča, co-driver dies, driver injured

(Patria) - In the municipality of Foča, in the area of Sijeračke stijene, a rockslide occurred on the road, and a large rock fell on a car, killing one person while another was injured.

The co-driver of the car died, and the driver was injured.

- This morning at 9:15 AM, a traffic accident occurred in the area of Sijeračke stijene. One vehicle was involved, in which the co-driver of the vehicle died, while the driver sustained bodily injuries.

An investigation is underway, led by the duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office Trebinje, and traffic police officers from Foča are conducting the on-site investigation - confirmed the spokesperson for the Foča Police Department, Svjetlana Govedarica.
