How the money was spent: From the FBiH Budget, most goes to salaries, pensions, subsidies to public enterprises

The FBiH Government has submitted to the FBiH Parliament the Report on the Execution of the FBiH Budget for 2015, writes the Patria news agency.

The Government claims a positive financial result (surplus) was achieved, meaning total revenues, receipts and financing exceeded total expenditures and outlays by 89.8 million convertible marks.

Amendments to last year's Budget had planned funds of 2,348.4 million KM based on revenues, receipts and financing, of which 2,281.7 million KM was realized, representing a 97 percent implementation rate.

Compared to 2014, realized revenues, receipts and financing recorded a two percent lower execution, or 47.1 million KM less.

Total calculated expenditures and outlays for 2015 amount to 2,191.8 million KM, which is 93 percent of the amount planned by the Amendments to the FBiH Budget.

Cash-based expenditures and outlays amount to 2,006.3 million KM, which is 92 percent of the total calculated amount.

Compared to the execution in 2014, expenditures and outlays recorded a two percent lower execution, thus in absolute terms they are 55.7 million KM less. Thus, gross salaries and compensation recorded a two percent lower execution, and the position "Employer contributions" recorded an eleven percent lower execution compared to the previous year.
