How the "empty shell" called Haden suddenly became a Russian investment!

The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot provide more information about the investigation being conducted in the case of the purchase of shares of „Bosnalijek“, but it is ongoing, and as the Patria news agency learns, some of the suspects have already been questioned in the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

As we previously reported, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has launched an official investigation in the „Bosnalijek“ case, which had previously been in a preliminary phase and was conducted against unknown persons. The individuals suspected of multi-million euro crimes in this pharmaceutical company have now been named: Zijad Blekić, Hasan Ćelam, Edin Dizdar, Nedim Uzunović, Admir Kešo, Konstantin Zevlov, Hennuy Paskal, Ted and Rosie Donovan, and Aleksandar Hrkač.

However, a story has now emerged in the public about foreign investors being driven away, and HADEN has been labeled as a Russian investor!

A source from „Bosnalijek“ told Patria that it is now clear how extensive the criminal chain is, because suddenly Haden, based in Luxembourg, with completely unknown owners and a director from Ireland, is a Russian investor!

- At one point, the Securities Commission, Mr. Ćelam, was asked to provide data on the actual owners of Haden, so that he could control who the related persons are, who might cross the 30 percent threshold with Haden, after which they are obliged to announce a tender. However, the Securities Commission then responded that they could not find out. And now, some media outlets even know that Haden is a Russian investor. This shows how important Hasan Ćelam is as a link in this, now officially suspected, criminal chain – our source says.

Also, it is known that when the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry tried to establish contact with Imperija Farm, which was then identified as the owner of Haden, they energetically rejected any ownership connection with Haden.

- They only pointed out that Haden at one time played a certain role for them in taking over a chain of pharmacies in Russia! And now, Haden is a Russian investor. But Haden is most likely just a shell into which still unknown investors injected money of unknown origin, gave some under the table, and with less than 30 percent of shares practically took over the management of our largest pharmaceutical company! And all this through people who are most often mentioned when it comes to criminal machinations on the SASE – added our source.
