(Patria) - The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik (SNSD), stated that he is trying to persuade Croats to, as he stated, leave the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina with Serbs once.
Speaking about relations with the West after the adoption of the entity law on immovable property, he emphasized that things have reached a wall. According to him, either foreigners will start withdrawing from Bosnia and Herzegovina, or they will bring their troops here. He believes there is still a chance for dialogue and that Sarajevo can gain something in that dialogue, as he stated.
"If we make decisions ourselves, they will get nothing. We are offering dialogue without foreigners, to see what is possible. If they don't want dialogue, they are consciously choosing uncertainty," Dodik told the Serbian newspaper "Politika".
He stated that RS refuses to live in an unconstitutional Bosnia and Herzegovina, as he put it.
"Without revealing all the details, I will say a part. Bosnia and Herzegovina will function only as long as all three peoples sit in its institutions. I am trying to persuade Croats to leave the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina once," Dodik emphasized.
He wondered what would happen when everyone from RS returns to the institutions of this entity.
"Do you think we are not working on that? We are working on it and we are not far from that decision. Do not test us, I recommend that we talk. Do not play with property, we will withdraw all people. You can try, but it's better not to. In our treasury, all laws, decrees, and bylaws are ready so that after an hour and a half of parliamentary session, RS becomes an independent state. Do not push us into a corner. Do not compress a spring that will jump and that will jump over you," he said.
He told the United States that they will not determine how things will be resolved here. He called Bosnia and Herzegovina a colony and presented himself as the leader of an anti-colonial rebellion. He invited Bosniaks to join him in this rebellion.
Even such public statements are not enough for the BiH Prosecutor's Office and Milanko Kajganić, the chief prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office, to react. However, the reasons for inaction are clear. For denying genocide, there is 'not enough case law', and Kajganić does not react to the overthrow of the constitutional order or incitement to it, because he comes precisely from the environment that has been doing this for years without any consequences!
