SARAJEVO, (Patria) - JP Elektroprivreda BiH warns the public about the appearance of individuals who, using company uniforms, falsely present themselves as collectors for JP Elektroprivreda BiH, and based on that, collect electricity bills in the field.
"JP Elektroprivreda BiH distances itself from such and similar attempts by individuals who, by abusing the current situation, try to obtain money through fraud. Payment of electricity bills is made solely and exclusively at the payment points of JP Elektroprivreda BiH, at BH Pošta counters without paying commission, via electronic banking, and at business bank counters.
We warn customers not to make any payments if approached by fake collectors who do not have authorization from JP Elektroprivreda BiH and to immediately inform the police. Customers can also report such cases by calling the free info lines or contacting the contact addresses (email addresses) of JP Elektroprivreda BiH," stated JP Elektroprivreda BiH.
