Barely waited for Fazlić's departure: Will Čović's protégés be forgiven for stealing 11 million KM

The robbery of Feroelektro orchestrated by Goran Stanić, and carried out under the patronage of Dragan Čović and HDZ BiH, continues. It is unbelievable that a full 11 months have passed since the FBiH Government was registered as the owner of Feroelektro's real estate worth hundreds of millions of KM, and the entire case has not yet been resolved, writes the Patria News Agency.

The Stanić family has received almost two million KM in rent alone over these 11 months. However, HDZ cadres appointed to the FBiH Government are buying time to allow the Stanić family to profit as much and for as long as possible, and to literally destroy the company, which will be worthless afterwards due to accumulated debts to workers, the Tax Administration, and VAT...

However, what is indicative is the lawsuit filed immediately after the termination of the sales contract with the Stanić family by the former director of the FBiH Privatization Agency, Šuhret Fazlić, but after his departure from this position, the lawsuit fell into the background.

Namely, Šuhret Fazlić filed a lawsuit for damages amounting to 11 million KM. But, after he resigned, his deputy Drago Vrbić withdrew the legal team.

- Senka Nožica was representing the case, among others, but he withdrew Nožica from the team. Vrbić believes that a strong legal team is not needed. The Stanić family is simultaneously strengthening its legal team with lawyers from Croatia and Germany – says Senad Smajić, president of the Feroelektro Trade Union.

The Privatization Agency sued Stanić Invest for compensation of damages they caused while they were in Feroelektro.

We remind you that Šuhret Fazlić, former director of the FBiH Privatization Agency, resigned because he did not want to participate in shady dealings related to the company Interas d.o.o., founded by the FBiH Government led by Prime Minister Fadil Novalić.

Nevertheless, some clearly could not wait for his resignation and are helping the Stanić family to rob Feroelektro and the state for as long as possible in this way.
