One Big Thing Remains Unexplained: What Obstacle Prevented an Agreement

(Patria) - In an interview with Fox News, following the summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump refused to disclose the obstacles that prevented an agreement from being reached.

"I think he wants to see it finished," Trump said of Putin, BBC reported.

Trump declined to elaborate on "one big thing" they could not agree on.

Trump praised Putin for agreeing that if he had been president when Russia attacked Ukraine, the war "would never have happened".

"This war should never have happened. You know, many wars should never have happened. Stupid things happen and the wrong people talk," Trump said, blaming former President Joe Biden for not preventing the Russian invasion.
