Did OSA agent Kapetanović create a criminal-intelligence octopus for Serb-Croat interests

High-ranking officials of the Intelligence-Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, using their positions as employees of this security institution, burden the OSA with corruption by committing illegal acts that should be subject to investigations.
 
It would be interesting to conduct an investigation and see the results of that investigation into the connections between high-ranking OSA official Zoran Kapetanović and a man linked to the Mostar criminal milieu, Robert Ivanković.
 
Patria's findings indicate that Robert Ivanković is involved in suspicious construction projects in Mostar, some of which have been halted due to non-compliance with the city's construction regulations. For example, more floors were built than permitted.
 
There are several criminal charges against Robert Ivanković, and in his contacts and efforts to obtain permits, he refers to Zoran Kapetanović Zoka, claiming that “Zoka is a co-owner of his buildings in Mostar.”

 
According to our sources, Ivanković has on several occasions threatened certain businessmen with Kapetanović's influence in the judiciary and the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).
 
An additional problem are the allegations that Robert Ivanković closely cooperates with Hague convict Vinko Martinović Štela, and uses his name to obtain certain services.
 
Abuses by employees of the Intelligence-Security Agency are evident, and it will be necessary to sanction such business contacts and relationships of its officials as soon as possible.
 
Zoka Kapetanović is not known only for “construction activities”; there is a long list of his activities outside the jurisdiction of the OSA, which this agency should take into account.
 
His name is mentioned in an article in Dnevni list titled “How (not) Mostar politics works”, dated January 15, 2014.
 
Namely, when police officers tried to close the "Black Pearl" facility on December 14, 2013, Zoran Kapetanović appeared alongside the facility's owner and told the police to leave the premises. When that did not work, according to data from the official report, Kapetanović called the head of the operational center, Adil Veledar, and told him: “Adile, pull them out of here or I'll handle this myself.”

The head of the operational center later confirmed to Dnevni list that the person in his company was Zoran Kapetanović, an OSA employee.
 
Earlier media reports stated that “Kapetanović is a wartime secret agent of the AID and a trusted person of the main Serbian cadre manager, former Minister of Civil Affairs of BiH and long-time official of the Yugoslav intelligence service, Sredoje Nović.” It is alleged that Kapetanović is also connected to the old structures of Josip Perković and Stanko Čolak.
 
The spectrum of Nović's activities designed to take over the OSA is not limited solely to positioning a Serbian representative in the form and work of his cousin at the helm of the OSA, but through former Yugoslav structures, including Bariša Čolak, he wants to install Zoran Kapetanović in one of the leading positions in the Croatian quota.
 
Sources reveal that Kapetanović also has good contacts with Croatia.

These data indicate that Kapetanović is a godfather to Ivan Bandić, a relative of Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandić, and also a godfather to Miro Musić, a former employee of the Yugoslav SDB, currently the chief operative of the Security-Intelligence Agency of Croatia.

Through these connections, Kapetanović allegedly linked up with the clan of Josip Perković and Stanko Čolak.

Given Čolak's then-connection with Russia and his departure to that country, at a time when the world was isolating Russia, and the current behavior of Dragan Čović, one can rightly ask how much figures like Zoran Kapetanović are involved in all these games.
 
An operative with the connections mentioned in the text and a substantial file of excursions outside the service hardly spends time and energy protecting the security environment of BiH citizens.
 
What is also a constant are the relations between HDZ and SNSD, formerly Nović and Čolak, today Dodik and Čović.
 
For all this, they also need an intelligence network, and from the lines written above, the conclusion emerges that agent Kapetanović has already formed a “quality” criminal-intelligence network.  
 
It is now up to the OSA management.
