Public New Year's Eve Celebration: List of streets in Sarajevo where traffic is banned today and tomorrow

Due to the organized New Year's Eve celebration for 2017 on the plateau of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, there will be changes in the traffic regime today from 18:00 to 23:55 and tomorrow (31.12.) from 18:00 to 01.01.2017 until 06:00, announced by BIHAMK, Patria reports.  

Due to the general rehearsal, the temporary change in the traffic regime for today (30.12.) consists of a traffic ban for motor vehicles on part of Zmaja od Bosne street (direction Ilidža-Baščaršija) from the intersection with Franje Račkog street to the junction with Vrbanja street.

-In Vilsonovo šetalište street (on the section from the junction with F. Račkog street to the junction with Vrbanja street) from 18:00 to 23:00, one-way traffic will be established as an alternative route.

-Traffic ban for motor vehicles in the far right traffic lane in Zmaja od Bosne street (direction Baščaršija-Ilidža) from the junction with Vrbanja street for approximately 80 meters, with traffic redirected to the remaining free traffic lanes.

-Traffic ban for motor vehicles in the right-turn lane from Zmaja od Bosne street (direction Ilidža-Baščaršija) towards Vrbanja street for a length of 10 meters (from 15:00 on 30.12. to 03:00 on 01.01.2017.). The temporary change in the traffic regime from 18:00 on 31.12. to 06:00 on 01.01.2017 consists of:

-Traffic ban for motor vehicles in Maršala Tita street (on the section from the intersection with Alipašina street to the intersection with Fra Anđela Zvizdovića street), Zmaja od Bosne street for the direction Baščaršija-Ilidža (from the intersection with Fra Anđela Zvizdovića street to the intersection with Halida Kajtaza street - transferzala, and for the direction Ilidža-Baščaršija on the section from the junction with Hamdije Čemerlića street to the junction with Vrbanja street), Hiseta street (from the junction with Vrbanja street to the junction with Hamze Hume street), Vrbanja street (from the junction with Vilsonovo šetalište street to the junction with Hiseta street), Kotromanića street, and the Suade Dilberović and Olge Sučić bridge.
