Jašarević or Zaimović will lose their seats: SBB takes over Elektroprivreda or BH Telecom

Delegations of SDA and SBB discussed the future steps of the new coalition yesterday. Part of the meeting was also dedicated to the situation in the two strongest companies in FBiH - BH Telecom and Elektroprivreda BiH. The heads of the companies attended the meeting, reports the Patria News Agency.

The directors of BH Telecom and Elektroprivreda were the first to leave the meeting. Leadership positions in these companies, as has been the practice before, are part of the distribution of positions among coalition partners. Both companies are currently headed by cadres from SDA, but it is quite certain that this will change soon. However, it is still unknown which of the two director positions SBB will occupy. 

Perhaps the mood of the current leaders, after yesterday's meeting, speaks for itself. The director of Elektroprivreda, Bajazit Jašarević, was not in the mood for statements.
 
- These negotiation leaders said that they will give statements at the end, Jašarević told TV1 briefly. 

The head of BH Telecom, Mirsad Zaimović, seems satisfied. In his view, the atmosphere at the meeting was constructive, and the commitment is to consider expertise rather than party affiliation in future staffing, he said.
 
- I presented the general situation we found at the beginning of the year and what we expect to be done in the next term and what kind of staff we expect the Company bodies to choose, so that Telecom remains the leader in the telecommunications market, Zaimović told TV1.
 
That there is much to improve in the companies, especially in Elektroprivreda, is clear to the party representatives as well.
 
- The situation is not great, and in the coming period, we will do our best, as one of the coalition partners, to stabilize the situation, not only in Elektroprivreda but also in other large companies, stated Ismir Jusko, Secretary General of SBB.
 
- Elektroprivreda, with the mines that are in the concern, is going through a difficult period. We stated that we need professional people who will work, let's say, 24 hours if necessary, to achieve good results, said Adil Osmanović, Deputy President of SDA. 
 
This week, the process of reconstructing the Council of Ministers is also expected to begin.
 
- Then the SBB bodies will nominate their candidates for these positions. The general opinion is that Fahrudin Radončić should be in the Council of Ministers, so that with his energy and experience, he would bring many positive changes. The party bodies will decide on this. Radončić is definitely one of the candidates, Jusko stated. 
 
- It would be good for the president of SBB to be in the Council of Ministers. This also carries greater responsibility, Osmanović believes.
 
The process of reconstructing the state government can last up to a month, Osmanović points out. SBB states that positions for that party have also been agreed upon in most cantons. Priority cantons are Tuzla and Sarajevo, and reconstructed governments can be expected in some of them as early as this week, TV1 reported.
