January: 478 million collected from indirect taxes, 58 million KM allocated to state institutions

The Indirect Taxation Authority recorded an increase in indirect tax revenues in January 2016 as well. Based on VAT, excise duties, customs, and road tolls, 478 million KM were collected in January 2016, which is 13 million KM or 2.76% more compared to January 2015, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

In January 2016, the ITA returned 83 million KM to the economy, which is 2 million KM less compared to the same period last year. Thus, the net collected revenues distributed to beneficiaries in January 2016, which include the state, entities, and Brčko District, amounted to 395 million KM and are 14 million KM higher compared to the revenues beneficiaries received from the Single Account in January 2015. 

An amount of 58 million KM was allocated for the financing of state institutions in January 2016.
