Jajce: Vakufska Banka Opens 25th Branch

Vakufska Banka has opened its 25th branch in Jajce, which will be a strong incentive for domestic entrepreneurs and citizens in the Central Bosnia Canton, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

Mirzet Ribić, the bank's director, invited entrepreneurs and citizens to cooperate. He said that strengthening a domestic bank means a stronger and more stable Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Vakufska Banka DD Sarajevo was founded in September 1992 as a private commercial bank, operating on the basic principles of modern banking. The bank quickly gained a reputation as a successful, majority domestic commercial bank, which, with its wide network of branches and extensive network of correspondent banks worldwide, represents a reliable partner for all economic entities and individuals in the country.

In the structure of the bank's share capital, private capital participates with 97.4%, of which 79.72% of the capital is owned by domestic legal and natural persons, and 17.64% is foreign capital. The remaining capital (2.64%) represents state capital, reports NAP.
