
Exports from Bosnia and Herzegovina to foreign markets are constantly growing, and they are mostly secured by companies from the Federation, according to data that can be concluded from the report of the Federal Institute of Statistics, writes the BiH news agency Patria.
In February 2015, the Federation participated with as much as 69.5% in the total exports of BiH, while companies from the RS entity participated with 30.5% in the total exports from BiH.
In the period January – February 2015, exports grew on average by 8.1% each month. However, at the same time, imports also grew, by an average of 14.0%.
Germany remains the best foreign buyer for BiH, with companies from the Federation exporting 18.4% of the total exports to its market. Croatia is in second place with 12.9% of the total exports from the Federation, while Italy is in third place with a 10.6% share in exports from the FBiH, writes Patria.
