Sentencing of Bilal Bosnić postponed until tomorrow

The pronouncement of the first-instance verdict in the case of Husein Bilal Bosnić has been postponed until tomorrow, November 5, 2015, the BiH Court announced today, reports the Patria News Agency.

The Court did not state the reason for postponing the verdict pronouncement, which was scheduled to be announced today at 1 PM.

Husein Bosnić, also known as Bilal, is accused of the criminal offense of public incitement to terrorist activities in connection with recruitment for terrorist activities and organizing a terrorist group.

The Prosecution believes it has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that Bosnić committed the offense he is charged with, and that the direct consequences of such actions were the deaths of at least six young men from Bosnia and Herzegovina who died on the Syrian battlefield as members of ISIL.
