Israeli army demolishes Arafat monument on West Bank with bulldozers

(Patria) - Israeli army soldiers demolished a monument to former PLO chairman and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat with bulldozers.

According to the Israeli Times of Israel, the monument was destroyed at the entrance to the Tulkarem refugee camp in the West Bank.

The reason for the demolition of this monument was not stated.



The number of Palestinian casualties as of November 15 stands at 11,470, including 4,407 children. More than 29,000 have been injured.

Among the killed are 202 medical workers and 26 civil defense personnel. More than 200 healthcare workers have been injured.
