Israel Continues Bombing Gaza: 14 Killed Include Four Women and Four Children

(Patria) - At least 14 Palestinians were killed, including four women and four children, and dozens more were injured in this morning's Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian news agency Wafa reports that 11 Palestinians were killed and 15 injured when Israeli fighter jets bombed a house in the Al-Amal neighborhood west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Concurrently, three more Palestinians were killed and several injured in an Israeli airstrike on a residential building in Ayn Jalut in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Israel has continued its brutal offensive on the Gaza Strip following the attacks by the Palestinian group Hamas on October 7, despite a United Nations Security Council resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire.

In Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip, 40,200 Palestinians have been killed so far, mostly women and children, and more than 93,000 people have been injured.

The ongoing blockade of Gaza has led to severe shortages of food, clean water, and medicine, leaving much of the region in ruins.

Israel is also facing genocide charges at the International Court of Justice, which has ordered a halt to military operations in the southern city of Rafah, where more than a million Palestinians had sought refuge before the area was attacked on May 6.
