RTRS host's statement on the number of Bosniaks killed in Prijedor called Nazi by citizens

Sharp reactions were triggered on social networks after RTRS "Dnevnik 2" host Mišo Radaković belittled Bosniak victims killed in Prijedor during 1992, writes NAP

More than 3,000 Bosniaks were killed in the offensive by the Army of Republika Srpska in Prijedor. Croats were also killed. Among the killed were 102 Bosniak and Croat children. On May 31, White Band Day was marked in Prijedor and other cities in BiH as a sign of remembrance for the non-Serb victims of Prijedor. Criticism followed when host Radaković read in RTRS's "Dnevnik" that only 102 Bosniaks were killed in Prijedor. Radaković ignored thousands of other victims, as well as victims of Croat nationality.

- The civic initiative "Because it concerns me," with the support of Bosniak associations in Prijedor, organized White Band Day in remembrance of the 102 Bosniaks who perished in the war. They are asking for a monument to be built for them. In a peaceful march down Prijedor's main street, they wore white bands and carried banners, and laid roses on the city square.
Former spokesperson for the Hague Tribunal, Florence Hartmann, who also attended a similar gathering in Banja Luka, was also present" – said host Radaković.

Columnist for the Banja Luka portal Buka, Dragan Bursač, called the RTRS report Nazi.

Milenko Kindl wrote that it is unacceptable to say that killed people "perished".

- One perishes in a traffic accident – Kindl wrote.

Brana Jotić Kljajić writes that she cannot understand the rhetoric on RTRS at all, writes NAP.
